Centralus Workers Survey

We are the CMC nurses that just won our union and are beginning to bargain with the Centralus administration. While fighting for improved working conditions for represented members, we are also expanding our union to tackle systemic issues that impact all workers. Our goal is to ensure that our hospital system serves our community, patients, and coworkers effectively. So we are reaching out to all employees of Centralus Health to learn about the issues you care about most, whether or not you are already a member of our union.

This survey is for research and advocacy purposes. Your individual responses are completely confidential and will not be shared outside of union leaders and union staff. CWA staff may contact you in the future to learn more.
